Student Leadership Training

 

 

 

 

Inspirational Leader - This is a 3 month student leadership training program.  We train student leaders to become the schools inspirational leaders, mentors, role models and big buddy student motivators to younger students in school.  We teach older students leadership skills.  The leadership trainees use the training knowledge and ideologies to inspire, motivate and encourage younger students in their school or a school that is near by.  Our inspirational leadership program is for students in grades 5 - 12.

 

You can implement the program the following months September - November, November - January, March - May, April - June.  The program is tailored for each school/district, city and youth organization.  Our lead facilitator meets with target student leaders group biweekly.  The duration of each school visit is 1 hour.  Our Inspirational Leader student leadership trainer-to-trainee program can have 20 - 25 students.  Schools choose the target student body.  We can give you ideas on the student trainee selection process.

 

 

We use the power of our celebrity influence to direct students toward academic leadership initiatives and higher achievement in the classroom.  We engage students in the learning

process, enhance students leadership skills, improve school climate

and navigate students toward productive roles in school and the

community.  We help schools minimize the social issues and behavior

management problems that frequently occur.

 

The discounted presentation fee for the program is $5,000 for

each participating school, city or youth organization.  Please note, this

program is facilitated for 3 months at 30K - 50K.  Early registration is

required and you have to email us a request for the program and speak

to a representative to receive this program special.  This program rate

is limited.  All traveling expenses are included in the discounted program

fee.  This program is ideal for proactive educational leaders and schools.

 

We facilitate some of our training workshops with our character education

and behavior modification teacher’s resource book “The Navigator”.
