Project Impact 3 Month Program
Project Impact - This is a 3 month student leadership program. We facilitate the leadership workshops from our character education and behavior modification curriculum teacher’s resource book “The Navigator”. Our lead facilitator meets with target student body biweekly. The duration of the visit is 1 hour.
We use the power of our celebrity influence to direct students toward academic leadership initiatives and higher achievement in the classroom. We engage students in the learning process, enhance students leadership skills, improve school climate and navigate students toward productive roles in school and the community. We help schools minimize the social issues and behavior management problems that frequently occur. Our program is ideal for educational leaders who are proactive planners.

Project Impact is tailored for each school/district, city and youth organization. Project Impact's summer program has unlimited student size which is ideal for summer camps, summer school and youth recreational programs. All traveling expenses are included in the discounted program fee.

Inspire Me Program
Inspire Me - This is our special 3 month program that is designed to prepare students and educators for successful outcomes. We motivate everyone in the building to work harder, to focus and refocus, to commit to academic goals and objectives 100% even when the body wants to slow down or shift into cruise control. Most importantly, with urgency, we help students and teachers start and finish the year strong. We steer students toward productive roles in school and the community.
The program is ideal for schools and districts that have low budgets. The primary goal of this long term program is to help schools and school districts provide additional educational support services for students, teachers, counselors, coaches, administrators and parents. Inspire Me is a celebrity leadership, coaching, mentoring program for the entire school including parents.
Inspire Me is ideal for schools preparing for state
testing, final exams, improving school climate,
enhancing teamwork and leadership skills, academic
performance, parental involvement, and connecting
students, teachers, and parents to the overall vision
of the administrative teams goals and objectives.
D. West or Bobby Jackson, Former NY Jets will meet
with your target classes/student body inside a
classroom or area that has seats and tables to
accommodate the students. The duration of the school
visit is 1 hour. Each classroom visit is 5 - 10 minutes,
time-on-task is not affected with short inspirational
lectures and pep-talks.
At the end of each session, our lead facilitator meets with the school’s program coordinator or the principal of the school. We discuss program updates, give and receive feedback, review student progress, reinforcement needs, behavior management issues, conflict resolution strategies and initiatives, set new goals and plan curriculum for the following leadership session.
All workshops are strategically planned in advance and placed on a syllabus. We address your monthly target goals that are aligned with our program topics of discussion. Our leadership topics of discussion will be facilitated from our curriculum teacher’s resource book “The Navigator”.

Student Leadership Training
Inspirational Leader - This is a 3 month student leadership training program. We train student leaders to become the schools inspirational leaders, mentors, role models and big buddy student motivators to younger students in school. We teach older students leadership skills. The leadership trainees use the training knowledge and ideologies to inspire, motivate and encourage younger students in their school or a school that is near by. Our inspirational leadership program is for students in grades 5 - 12.
The program is tailored for each school/district, city and youth organization. Our lead facilitator meets with target student leaders group biweekly. The duration of each school visit is 1 hour. Our Inspirational Leader student leadership trainer-to-trainee program can have 15 - 20 students. Schools choose the target student body. We can give you ideas on the student trainee selection process.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Dream Careers - This is a 3 month career development leadership program. We address dream careers, the how to process to pursue and achieve dream careers in life. The program focus on academic preparation for career opportunities: interview process, resumes for success, appropriate interview and work attire, moral and ethical standards, hygiene, importance of education, leadership skills, time management, goal setting, planning for success, tolerance, diversity, teamwork, focus, marketing, sales, management skills, entrepreneurship and customer service support. Our Dream Careers program is for students in grades 2 - 12.
There are some corporate field trips to Fortune 500
Companies with this program. Schools are responsible for all
traveling expenses for the students corporate field trips. Pro
Athletes, Inc. coordinates and schedules all the leadership field
trips for the schools. We locate the companies, speak to the
corporate leaders regarding the student leadership trips and
schedule the trips for the schools! There is a limited number of
students who are afford the field trip opportunity to corporations
with this program. Please call us for all the details.
Dream Careers frequently invites an elite business professional
or former professional athlete to one of our school visits to talk
to the students. In addition, students in our program are afford
opportunities to meet elite CEO's, Presidents and Vice
Presidents and entrepreneurs of companies that they may not have an opportunity to meet during their career search. They learn strategies from the best in business and elite career fields. It's an inspirational experience that an immense number of students will remember for a lifetime. Hands on business experience.
The program is tailored for each school/district, city and youth organization. Our lead facilitator meets with your target Dream Careers student body or school biweekly. The duration of each career development presentation is 30 minutes - 1 hour. The school principal or Superintendent of Schools or Curriculum Director selects the target student body or classes for the program.
