Leadership Mentoring Program
A celebrity leadership facilitator from Pro Athletes, Inc. will meet with a selected targeted student group from your school and/or a class biweekly inside a classroom or area that has seats and tables to accommodate the students.
The group size is between 10 – 20 students. Leadership topics of discussion will be facilitated from our curriculum teacher’s resource book “The Navigator”. At the end of each session, our lead facilitator meets with the school’s program coordinator.
Our on-campus leadership visits are generally one hour. The duration of the student leadership workshops are approximately 20 - 30 minutes.
There is a (15 – 20 minute) leadership meeting
with the program coordinator or principal at the
school before or after each workshop. We discuss
program updates, give and receive feed back, review
student progress, reinforcement needs, behavior
management issues, conflict resolution strategies and
initiatives, set new goals and plan curriculum for the
follow leadership session.
We have a 3 month, 5 month and a full fiscal year Bound For Greatness Leadership Program. All of our long-term leadership options have student assessment and progress evaluation components. The BFG program is ideal for students in grades 3 - 12. Our program improves the social climate in schools and elevates the academic performance of students. The BFG program reduces violence and destructive behavior. Every child deserves an equal opportunity to learning in a stress free, safe educational environment. BFG prepares students for the future. Failure is not an option.
BFG reinforces the significance of secondary education. It prepares and develops students early on in their academia life for higher levels of academic achievement, fulfilling careers, successful lifestyles and productive roles in society. Our leadership facilitators replace students self-pity with self-esteem, and self-indulgence with self-worth and pride.
We help students transfer pain and sadness into joy, peace and accountability. With urgency, we navigate students toward productive roles in school and the community. Lackluster efforts are converted into ambition and resilience. Hope and empowerment is delivered to all students. Our leadership mentoring programs will move to online support for students if schools transition to online in-home learning due to Covid 19.
